Arecibo was a metroid-style platform game I worked on for a very long time. Because I worked on it for so long, people assumed it was good. They might have been right, it didn't play too badly for what it was. However, it was more a learning experience for me to make it than it was a playing experience for some dudes to play it.
Eventually I became disenchanted with it so I stopped making it. There are plenty of these games kicking around and the majority of them are much better anyway.
The game concerned the adventures of Nicholas Q. Catson as he explores a lost temple which has been stuck together with tape.
