Check the periodic table to figure out how the fusing is going to work.
You need to add hydrogen (1) to iron (26) to make cobalt (26 + 1 = 27).
The best place to move the fuser plate to is directly over the α input. Don't worry about the bond, it won't be affected because both iron and cobalt have at least one max bond.
